Thus, ADVANCED WAY reserves the right to store and use the data provided by the customer until an express declaration from the customer requesting its deletion.

Although ADVANCED WAY does not commit to storing customer data after the renewal periods for its services have expired and/or after contract termination without express information to that effect, ADVANCED WAY cannot ascertain with certainty whether the customer wishes to remain registered as an ADVANCED WAY customer.
If the customer no longer wishes to be contacted by ADVANCED WAY and for ADVANCED WAY to no longer retain their data, they must expressly request the deletion of their data from our databases.
